Our philosophy is there is always a better way, and we are committed to finding and delivering that in everything we do.

Our experience has taught us that the industry is constantly evolving, with clients in various stages of their IT and Software Solutions implementation plans. To ensure that we stay ahead of the game we endeavor to build great partnerships wherever possible. 

After almost 15 years of working closely with our clients using MRI, we officially partnered with MRI Software in 2015, as the first globally certified partner and remain a Gold Certified MRI Consulting Partner.

In October 2022, Open Box attended the annual MRI Ascend Conference hosted in New Orleans, USA. These conferences have always presented the perfect platform for us to interact with MRI users and explore MRI’s latest products. We were incredibly excited and honoured when MRI awarded us with the “Trusted Client Advisor of the Year 2022” (MRI LinkedIn Announcement). As this prize is awarded to the MRI Consulting Partner with the highest number of certified consultants, it presents another great milestone to add to our journey.

Why does this award matter? MRI is continuously revolutionizing their solution offering and investing in their platforms. Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on their developments and services, is of great importance to our team as it ensures that we provide the most accurate consultation to our clients.
