Andrew brings over 20 years’ operational experience in the delivery of technology services and solutions for Open Box's global real estate clients.
As COO of Open Box Software, Andrew is responsible for the operational systems and processes that enable consistent service delivery across Open Box's divisions and teams. As Director of Custom & Digital Solutions, Andrew is also responsible for the executive leadership of the Open Box teams that deliver Custom Solutions, Migrations, Integrations, AI-Engineering and Digital Consulting to our clients.
Andrew joined Open Box in 2005, initially gaining hands on experience across the full software development lifecycle — from analysis to development, quality assurance, project and program management. In 2019 he was appointed to the leadership of Open Box's Custom Software team.
Over more than two decades, Andrew has worked closely with technology leaders at Open Box's largest clients, building strong and steady partnerships by consistently understanding our clients’ changing needs and adjusting approach to ensure we deliver long term value.
A keen sportsman, Andrew enjoys hockey and golf, balancing his professional responsibilities with time outdoors and with family.
