Director of Salesforce
As Director of Salesforce, Sam is responsible for the strategic and technical leadership of the Salesforce division at Open Box.
Sam uses his extensive industry and technical experience to ensure that Open Box clients can maximize the value of their investment in Salesforce.
Sam started his career as an electronic hardware design engineer, developing cutting edge military radio surveillance equipment. He went on to work in London where he was involved in designing and implementing the distributed network control for the lighting in Heathrow Terminal 5. In 2007 Sam moved into the world of business software and joined a large multinational company to lead the technical stream of their CRM transformation. It was then that he first discovered Salesforce and has never looked back. Inspired by the power of the platform and the passion of the Salesforce community, Sam has invested over 14 years in becoming a deeply experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 18 certifications (and counting). He joined Open Box from PwC, bringing extensive cross industry experience and a sharp focus on quality.
When not studying for the next Salesforce certification, Sam can be found on the tennis court, on a mountain bike/standup paddle board or on a family camping adventure.
