As Director of Enterprise Consulting, Melusi is responsible for the executive co-leadership of the Enterprise Software team at Open Box. Melusi started his career at Open Box in 2013, initially working in the technical analyst domain. Today he brings vast real estate industry and client experience, as well as deep expertise in property management systems and related business processes.
Melusi has built a proven track record of helping clients plan and execute their business strategies effectively, winning global awards for Open Box in the process. Serving as a trusted advisor to many of Open Box’s largest clients, he leverages strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and leadership capability to deliver high impact, strategic solutions. Over the years he has successfully spearheaded many initiatives, including multi-national property management system implementations, upgrades, integrations and transformations.
A true ambassador for Open Box culture, Melusi is known for his energy, positivity, and ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues—upholding high standards while creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
Outside of work, Melusi is an avid sports enthusiast and former athlete, having represented his home country of Zimbabwe in rugby at the age-group level. When he’s not watching or playing sports, you’ll likely find him gaming online or spending time with friends and family.
