Since joining Open Box in 2013, Lauren has partnered with private and public sector clients to identify and deliver solutions that improve operational and financial performance. She works closely with leadership teams to assess where AI and digital capabilities can have the greatest impact, and to define clear, achievable paths forward. With a background in process improvement, business analysis, and delivery management, she bridges the gap between strategic intent and execution.
Known for her curiosity and pragmatic approach, Lauren ensures that AI and technology initiatives are grounded in real use cases and deliver measurable outcomes, not just concepts or experimentation.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys making the most of Cape Town’s wide range of indoor and outdoor experiences with friends and family.
