Director of Yardi Consulting
Brad began his role as the Director of Yardi Consulting at Open Box in February of 2024. He possesses over 11 years of experience in guiding clients through Yardi implementations, upgrades, and conversions, as well as streamlining their existing Yardi platform. Additionally, he is adept at interpreting clients' data analysis needs to design and produce custom Yardi reports. In his role at Open Box, Brad is responsible for the leadership of the Yardi consulting and custom report services - providing its clients with top-of-class service and quality.
His work experience has included working on one of the largest NY Module residential implementations in Yardi's history, as well as dozens of other commercial and residential implementations. He has assisted many clients with streamlining their Yardi systems, implementing payable workflows, connecting Job Cost, Fixed Assets, and corporate financial reporting. Additionally, he is adept at working with organizations to identify areas of inefficiency and risk and devise solutions within their Yardi system to mitigate those issues
Brad resides in North Carolina with his wife, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. He has lived in NC for almost 20 years and enjoys attending sporting events, golfing, and live music. He holds degrees in economics from Boston University (Bachelors) and Duke University (Masters).
