The client had an existing system which managed building, lease and tenant information. However this system did not provide the level of stability, performance and load-handling required.

Lack of visibility of critical information such as impending deadlines for contractual options and changes was a significant financial risk that needed to be addressed.

A web based Lease Data System was developed which interfaced to the employee portal to alert property managers to critical dates. The system sources data from the back-office accounting system while the capture of contractual information is outsourced and follows a stringent system-driven review process.

The system provides a number of financial and leasing reports to facilitate better, more efficient property management and planning. A building visualization tool was a valuable addition that enabled an at-a-glance overview of occupancy.
